Beyond academia, she brings industry experience in creative strategy and brand communication, having supported major consumer brands in developing strategic messaging and creative content.
Her broader engagement with accessibility, including collaborative work with Singapore's National Heritage Board (NHB), has informed her commitment to making knowledge more accessible and inclusive through thoughtful communication design.
She holds an MA in Arts and Cultural Entrepreneurship (Highest Distinction) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Nottingham Malaysia.
