Shaiful Hisham holds a MSc in Construction Contract Management and a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Quantity Surveying, focusing on crisis management in mega construction projects.

Hisham's research interests are centered on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), contract management, procurement, and crisis management in the construction industry. He has presented his research at national and international conferences and has contributed to publications in these areas.

He brings a strong blend of academic and industry experience, having previously worked in various capacities within the construction sector, including roles at contractor, developer, and consultant firms. His notable industry experience includes working on the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project with China Communication Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd.
