

Dr. Azeyah holds a PhD in Quantity Surveying and brings over 12 years of teaching and research experience at institutions including University of Reading Malaysia, Bond University, and Heriot-Watt University. She also has more than 7 years of professional industry experience spanning residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Beyond her work in traditional construction, Dr. Azeyah has been at the forefront of digital transformation in the built environment, with a particular focus on digital facilities management, Building Information Modelling (BIM) across 3D, 4D, and 5D dimensions, and life cycle costing.
Dr. Azeyah is also actively engaged with the Quantity Surveying Accreditation Council (QSAC) under the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM). She serves as a Professional Quantity Surveyor registered with BQSM and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). Additionally, she is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).
With a strong research background, her interests include digital technologies in the built environment, cost management, and heritage building information modelling. She continues to contribute to the advancement of the quantity surveying profession through both academic research and industry engagement.
